    We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days of receiving cleared payment. Please note that nest boxes and other wooden items may take up to 7 days to be sent out in some cases.

    ARRIVAL TIMES

    Most orders usually arrive within 2-5 days of being sent. International orders may take longer to arrive and can vary by country.

    Delivery to the UK

    All orders to mainland UK addresses are charged at a flat rate of £4.95 with Free Delivery on orders over £50

    To Ireland

    Currently postage to Northern Ireland is charged at the same rate as mainland UK, while to the Republic of Ireland it's a flat rate of £10.

    Please note: especially larger orders may be subject to additional charges. We will contact you after placing your order if this is the case, or if you prefer send us a message/call beforehand.

    Non-Mainland, Scottish Highlands & Offshore Islands (includes Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man)

    We can in most cases deliver to these locations but at this time it is best to message us prior to ordering.

    International Orders

    We can ship a number of products overseas but it's best if you email us with a list of items you'd like and your address so we can give you an accurate custom quote.

    If you like you could add the items you want to the cart and start the checkout process.

    Fill in your desired shipping address and while no option will be available, doing this will allow us to follow-up with you be email with a shipping quote and total for your order.

    Returns

    We operate a 14 day return policy, this means you have up to 14 days after you have received the item to file for a refund.

    Note: We can not offer a refund on supplements/treatments or other items of that nature. Once opened these products become unsellable, your understanding is appreciated.

    • Contact us to report the issue and acquire a return shipping address.
    • Ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged in whatever outer packaging it may have come in.
    • Send the item(s) back to us; we recommend myHermes or Yodel for larger goods.

    Damaged Goods

    If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us so we can arrange to have the product replaced or have a claim filed with the delivery carrier if necessary.
